Quality Assurance Inspector (QA Inspector, QCC)

Next Sourcing Limited is hiring a QA Inspector, QCC for Chattogram. The inspector selects random cartons from warehouse inventory according to packing lists, performs blind counts, verifies labels and stickers, and checks bulk goods against approved Gold Seal samples, recording all inspections live in the Quality Management System application. Candidates need experience in jersey, woven or knitwear with a factory, buying or sourcing office.

দায়িত্ব

• Select random cartons from warehouse inventory according to packaging lists, covering all sizes and quantities in line with the prescribed Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) percentages
• Conduct strict blind counts on every contract inspection to ensure independent and accurate physical inventory validation
• Inspect inbound cartons and confirm NEXT intake criteria to prevent compliance failures and carton selection discrepancies
• Verify that the correct destination-specific stickers and compliance labels are applied according to retail and directory contract requirements
• Evaluate bulk goods against authorised Gold Seal samples; check styling, measurements, appearance, shade consistency, labels, hang tags, POS stickers and packaging accessories
• Review packaging and presentation specifications for correct care wording, fabric composition, season codes, supplier codes, retail prices and additional pack stickers
• Oversee and cross-check the metal detection process and moisture content analysis of bulk goods, logging all physical test results
• Execute all inspections live in the Quality Management System (QMS) application, updating records instantly and accurately

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum graduate with sound technical knowledge and certification
• 5 to 7 years of working experience
• Experience in jersey, woven or knitwear with a factory, buying or sourcing office
• Proficiency in AQL sampling standards, garment and product measurement specifications, shading analysis and packaging compliance workflows
• Fluency in English as well as the local language
