Job Title: QA Inspector, QCC

Job Location: Chattogram, Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

- Selection of random cartons from warehouse inventory according to packaging lists. Ensure the selected sample pool comprehensively covers all sizes and quantities aligned with prescribed Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) percentages.

- Conduct strict 'blind counts' on every contract inspection to ensure independent and highly accurate physical inventory validation.

- Inspect inbound cartons (BEL) and formally confirm NEXT Intake Property criteria to prevent Compliance failure Sheet (CFS) and carton selection discrepancies

- Authenticate and verify that the correct destination-specific stickers and compliance labels are applied according to Retail and Directory contract requirements.

- Evaluate bulk goods against authorised Gold Seal (GS) samples approved and signed off by NSBD GT. Routinely check product styling , measurements, overall appearance, shade consistency, labels, hang tags, Point of Sale (POS) stickers, and packaging accessories.

- Review Packaging & presentation (P&P) specifications rigorously for correct care wording, fabric composition, season codes, supplier codes, retail prices, additional pack stickers, and authorised pricing over riders.

- Oversee and cross-check the critical metal detection process and moisture content analysis of bulk goods to safeguard consumer safety and item longevity, systematically logging to all physical test matrix.

- Execute all inspections live within the designated Quality Management System (QMS) application, updating data records instantly and maintaining absolute accuracy across assigned system fields.

- Proficient in AQL sampling standards, garment/product measurement specifications, shading analysis, and comprehensive packaging compliance workflows.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Graduate with sound Technical Knowledge & certification.

- 5 to 7 years working experience

- Experience in Jersey/Woven/Knitwear with factory/Buying/Sourcing Office.

- Fluency in English as well as local language.
