দায়িত্ব

• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for raw materials, spare parts, machinery, consumables, and other required materials.
• Collect and compare quotations from different suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders (PO), and other necessary purchase documents.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials such as steel scrap, billet, MS materials, and other production-related items.
• Coordinate with Production, Store, Accounts, and Maintenance departments to identify material requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify received materials against Purchase Orders, invoices and delivery challans.
• Maintain proper records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Search for alternative suppliers and materials to reduce procurement costs and ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitor market prices and provide regular updates to management regarding material price fluctuations.
• Ensure purchases are made according to company policies, approved budgets, and required specifications.
• Handle urgent purchase requirements and ensure minimum disruption to production activities.
• Prepare regular purchase reports and submit them to management.

যোগ্যতা

• BBA/BA/BSS
• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Steel
• Only Male Experience: Steel / Manufacturing / Re-Rolling Mill industry experience preferred.Experience: 3-7 years in (Steel & Re-Rolling Sector)Additional Requirements/ Skills & Expertise
• ERP/Tally software practical knowledge
• Microsoft Office, Office 365
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving ability
