Assystem (Assystem RADICON, Design) is hiring a Project & Stakeholder Manager in Al Khobar on a fixed-term contract. The role manages assigned projects and design packages from initiation through planning, design development, approvals, tender support and close-out, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, project controls, stakeholders and Saudi authorities and utilities such as SEC, NWC, CST, STC and RCJY.

• Manage assigned projects and design packages from initiation through design development, approvals, tender support and close-out.
• Establish the client's objectives, scope and deliverables, and develop the Project Execution Plan with technical and project-control teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architecture, civil, structural, infrastructure, electrical, mechanical and telecom disciplines.
• Monitor progress against the baseline programme, budget and quality standards, and initiate corrective actions where deviations occur.
• Maintain action, decision, risk, issue and change registers, and prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
• Develop the Project Stakeholder Management Plan and maintain the stakeholder register and action tracker.
• Determine required authority approvals, permits and NOCs, and coordinate technical submissions and responses to authority comments.
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for the client and deliver project presentations and progress updates.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any related major.
• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrable experience managing engineering, design or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience working on projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary design processes.
• Preferred: PMP certification and Saudi Council of Engineers registration where practicing as an engineer.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office.
