As Project Manager (Software & IT) you will plan, execute and deliver software projects within scope, timeline and budget, coordinate between cross-functional teams, ensure smooth communication, manage client expectations and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle. Working days: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on-site at Mirpur 10, Dhaka. Vacancy: 01.

দায়িত্ব

• Lead planning and execution of software projects across the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, development, testing, release and closure
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables in alignment with client and business goals
• Build and maintain realistic project plans, sprint roadmaps and resource allocations
• Lead and coordinate developers, designers, QA engineers and other team members, ensuring clear priorities and accountability
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement
• Support and guide Assistant Project Managers and coordinators where applicable
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, setting clear expectations and building long-term trust
• Run regular status meetings and provide transparent progress and risk updates
• Manage scope changes through a structured change-control process
• Work with the sales and business teams on project estimation, proposals and onboarding of new clients
• Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, dependencies and blockers
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards and reports for leadership and clients
• Evaluate and improve project management processes, tools and workflows
• Conduct post-project reviews and apply lessons learned to future projects

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1+ year of experience in project management or technical coordination in a software or IT environment
• Strong technical understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and on budget
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp or similar
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
