দায়িত্ব

• Supervise and coordinate electromechanical and interior works at project sites.
• Monitor day-to-day project activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Supervise electrical, HVAC/AC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting and other MEP-related works where applicable.
• Supervise interior finishing works including ceiling, flooring, wall paneling, partitions, furniture and related works.
• Read and interpret architectural, electrical, mechanical and interior drawings.
• Check measurements and quantities of completed works.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress reports, measurement sheets and material requirements.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Identify site problems and coordinate with management for appropriate solutions.
• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress/issues to management.
• Assist in preparing quotations, BOQs, estimates and technical documents when required.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

যোগ্যতা

• B.Sc. in Engineering / Diploma in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Candidates with relevant professional experience in Electro-Mechanical and interior projects will be preferred.
• 2 to 5 years
• Only Male
• Strong knowledge of MEP/Electromechanical and Interior Works.
• Good understanding of construction/project execution.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement and estimation will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to visit and work at project sites.
• Responsible and disciplined.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Strong supervision and team-management skills.
• Honest, punctual and committed to project deadlines.
