UN Women Bangladesh is recruiting a Programme Analyst, Women's Economic Empowerment (NPPSA-8, PPSA contract) based in Dhaka. Reporting to the Programme Specialist for DRR/CCA/HA and WEE, the Programme Analyst supports the effective management of UN Women's programmes on women's economic empowerment, including implementation of the Migration MPTF joint programme, and contributes to engagement on the private sector and youth. Tasks cover programme formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, analysing results achieved during implementation and applying systems and procedures. The post works closely with the programme and operations teams, UN Women regional and HQ teams, government officials, donors and civil society. Fluency in English and Bangla is required. দায়িত্ব

• Contribute technically to programme strategies and proposals in DRR/CCA/HA and women's economic empowerment
• Provide technical and managerial support to implementation of the Migration MPTF and other programmes in the portfolio
• Coordinate calls for proposals, technical review committees and capacity assessments of partners
• Review and coordinate implementing partner financial and narrative reports and train partners on Results Based Management
• Monitor progress against indicators and prepare quarterly, annual, monthly GOB and donor reports
• Monitor budget implementation and expenditure, coordinate financial reports and oversee the Programme Associate
• Contribute to resource mobilization and prepare project summaries, briefing notes and donor profiles
• Provide inputs to inter-agency coordination on migration, private sector engagement and youth
• Support advocacy, knowledge products, events and campaigns

যোগ্যতা

• Master's degree in social sciences, human rights, gender or women's studies, international development or a related field (a first-level degree plus two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in development programme or project implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting and capacity building
• Experience in women's economic empowerment, migration and private sector engagement desirable
• Experience coordinating with government ministries, departments and donors desirable
• Knowledge of Results Based Management and strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge of gender equality, women's economic empowerment and climate change
• Fluency in English and Bangla
• Project or programme management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) an added advantage
