Noora Health Bangladesh is part of Noora Health's broader mission to improve health outcomes and strengthen health systems by equipping family caregivers with essential skills to care for their loved ones. Founded in 2014, Noora Health turns hospital hallways and waiting rooms into classrooms through its flagship Care Companion Program (CCP), with support from governments and partners in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Nepal. The objective of this role is to develop a constructive, interactive, continuous and adaptable knowledge-building system for the population accessing public healthcare. As a Program Associate you play a critical role in managing the engagement of the Care Companion Program with partners. This is a highly field-based role requiring extensive travel to health facilities across districts and upazilas within the assigned division, primarily Dhaka, Gazipur, Tangail and Manikganj, along with regular engagement with relevant government stakeholders.

দায়িত্ব

• Manage end-to-end operations of the Noora Health program at identified hospital partners (60%)
• Support Program Managers/Lead Trainers in implementation and maintenance of the Care Companion Program, across on-site implementation and off-site support phases
• Be the primary coordinator for a set of public and private hospital partners, including client and people management
• Monitor the program in partner hospitals (20%): track output data for assigned hospitals and address operational challenges with the program manager
• Conduct monthly class quality audits for a randomly selected set of hospitals
• Support training-of-trainers activities (10%): assist Master/Lead Trainers deliver ToT modules in the local language and coordinate booster training logistics
• Support program iterations and product testing (10%) with the in-house design and content team and gather feedback on experiments

যোগ্যতা

• Healthcare or management background; an MPH with any relevant discipline is required
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in public health with problem-solving skills, a team player and an excellent communicator
• Proficiency in Bangla and English
• Proficiency in MS Office/G-drive and common computer applications
• Ability to manage relations with government staff sensitively while ensuring program outcomes are met
• Willingness to travel extensively to health facilities across districts and upazilas
