A Chinese-owned footwear company is looking for a motivated and skilled Online Sales Executive to join our team. Location: Paltan, Dhaka. Working Hours: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. Working Days: Saturday-Thursday. A computer and Excel proficiency test will be conducted as part of the selection process.
দায়িত্ব
- Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Convert inquiries into successful sales
- Take, process, and confirm customer orders
- Maintain and update customer information on the company server
- Prepare sales and product performance reports and analysis
- Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
যোগ্যতা
- Strong computer skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good communication and sales skills
- Previous experience in online sales or the footwear industry will be preferred
