Butterfly Group is looking for an Officer, Service to contribute to smooth and efficient after-sales service operations. The role covers scheduling service vehicles, coordinating product transportation among service centers, factories and showrooms, processing replacement-related financial adjustments in SAP, and coordinating with Zonal Coordinators, TSOs and showrooms. Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Friday as the weekly holiday. Immediate joining is preferred.

দায়িত্ব

• Schedule service vehicles and coordinate product transportation among service centers, factories, and showrooms
• Process replacement-related financial adjustments and entries in SAP
• Coordinate with Zonal Coordinators, TSOs, and showrooms regarding service and replacement-related issues
• Manage service center administrative activities and maintain relevant records
• Receive and maintain challan copies for faulty LTV accessories
• Initiate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for urgent local purchases
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor pending service-related activities

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum B.Sc. or equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in service operations, logistics coordination, or administrative support will be preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP transactions
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a team
