Noora Health Bangladesh is part of Noora Health's broader mission to improve health outcomes and strengthen health systems by equipping family caregivers with essential skills to care for their loved ones. Founded in 2014, Noora Health turns hospital hallways and waiting rooms into classrooms through its flagship Care Companion Program (CCP), with support from governments and partners in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Nepal. The Monitoring Manager will oversee monitoring systems that generate timely, high-quality data to strengthen program implementation and decision-making. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement across Bangladesh. Full time, definite time contract, Dhaka.

দায়িত্ব

• Support efforts to design, implement and operate monitoring processes for end-to-end monitoring of key programs
• Understand program objectives, success metrics, government reporting requirements and ground realities in hospital systems, and develop on-ground monitoring processes to evaluate program effectiveness
• Support the implementation team in driving data collection in hospitals through field visits, understanding stakeholder challenges and troubleshooting
• Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation that improves monitoring performance and quality
• Manage the monitoring team to achieve the desired results
• Streamline data collection from SurveyCTO and other sources and address data quality concerns with functional teams
• Establish and maintain databases for research data (separate from monitoring data)
• Support and manage the data visualization team in building dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
• Develop and present frameworks for insight generation and communication of monitored outputs, including dashboards, reports and monthly presentations
• Collaborate with design, implementation, technology, research and communications teams, and highlight program gaps and areas of improvement using field data

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science or other relevant fields
• Experience working with a reputed NGO or other relevant institution
• 4-5 years of experience in monitoring and/or evaluation, quality improvement, outputs analysis
• Experience with data visualization, analysis and manipulation tools is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team including designers, analysts and educators from Bangladesh and overseas
• Excellent document/report writing skills in English
• Proficiency in English and Bangla required
