Voice Pro LLC, a software and telecommunications technology company, is hiring a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer for its AI-powered CRM and CMS platforms for real estate professionals, mortgage companies and small businesses. The role is full-time, on-site in Mirpur DOHS, on a project-based night shift (Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Bangladesh time, aligned with US business hours).

You will build the web and mobile interfaces that help users configure, interact with and monitor AI assistants and Voice Agents. Applicants must be able to explain their personal contributions to earlier AI, voice and mobile projects; experience with AI coding tools alone does not meet the requirements.

দায়িত্ব

• Build responsive web interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Develop and maintain mobile application interfaces, including API integrations and device-specific functionality
• Develop AI assistant interfaces with streaming responses, conversation history, contextual actions, and clear loading and error states
• Build AI Voice Agent dashboards for agent configuration, call initiation, live call status, transcripts, recordings, and conversation outcomes
• Implement microphone permissions, audio controls, and real-time voice interactions on supported web and mobile platforms
• Integrate applications with backend APIs, authentication services, and real-time communication systems
• Create interfaces for agent instructions, knowledge sources, workflow settings, and human handoffs
• Display consent, opt-out, suppression, and communication restrictions according to backend policy decisions
• Develop reusable components and maintain consistent design across products
• Collaborate with backend, AI, design, QA, and DevOps colleagues to deliver complete, tested features
• Improve accessibility, performance, reliability, and usability across supported browsers and mobile devices

যোগ্যতা

• At least 5 years of professional frontend development experience, including work on production applications
• Strong practical skills in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, Node.js and CSS
• Hands-on experience developing mobile applications, including API integration, permissions, and debugging
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered application features beyond a basic chatbot demonstration
• Practical experience building or integrating AI Voice Agents or conversational voice interfaces
• Experience contributing to larger applications with multiple developers, shared components, and coordinated releases
• Experience integrating REST APIs and real-time updates using WebSockets, Socket.io, or server-sent events
• Understanding of frontend state management, authentication, role-based interfaces, and secure handling of user data
• Experience with Git, code reviews, debugging, and frontend testing
• Ability to communicate clearly, take ownership of assignments, and collaborate across teams
