Bank ABC is hiring a Microsoft Platform Lead in Bahrain to lead and promote productivity, development and collaboration through the Microsoft platform, particularly Active Directory, Exchange, Domain Controllers, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and SharePoint. The role works with multiple internal teams and stakeholders, offers expert insight, and steers adoption, governance and continuous improvement of the platform in support of the bank's strategic objectives.

দায়িত্ব

• Lead the design, implementation and management of the platform in line with IT goals and financial-sector best practice
• Gather requirements from senior stakeholders and define the roadmap for Microsoft platform enhancements
• Work with the Bank's Cybersecurity team so security is built into architecture, configuration and implementation
• Lead the Microsoft application stack for End User Productivity: Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Configuration Manager and Teams
• Plan, architect and report on Microsoft cloud migration activities with the Group Head of IT Infrastructure
• Investigate and report Microsoft service interruptions and perform root cause analysis on high-severity incidents
• Administer the corporate cloud mobile device management solution
• Manage, support and mentor infrastructure administrators and the Helpdesk team
• Manage infrastructure projects from inception to closure within budget and timeframe
• Harden applications and Windows Server operating systems in line with Information Security baseline policies
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for IT and cyber incidents
• Participate in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tests and manage vendors against agreed SLAs

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
• 5 - 7 years' hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 platform, specifically Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Viva and Power platforms
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving Microsoft adoption initiatives
• Working experience with the latest Microsoft Server operating systems
• Knowledge of PowerShell for managing Microsoft services
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles, Azure Active Directory and Azure Information Protection
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance and governance features
• Project management skills; fluent English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
