Gamers Side is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to run paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram on a monthly basis. This is a remote, freelance position.

Prepare a single PDF covering your whole experience with Meta ads, written in your own words (what kind of businesses you ran ads for, what objectives you worked with, and what results you achieved), plus 6-7 Ads Manager screenshots of campaigns you ran with results clearly visible. • Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns end to end.
• Set up and manage campaigns across all objectives: lead generation, traffic, conversions, engagement, and awareness.
• Build and manage audiences: custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and broad/Advantage+ setups.
• Set up and verify tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, custom conversions, and domain verification.
• Run structured creative testing (A/B tests, creative iterations) and scale winning ads.
• Use Advantage+ campaigns, lead forms, and the full range of ad formats (image, video, carousel, collection).
• Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets, bids, and placements.
• Deliver a weekly performance report with key metrics (CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and next steps.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta ads for real businesses.
• Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Events Manager.
• Proven results you can show with real campaign numbers.
• Strong written English for reporting and communication.
• Able to work independently without daily supervision.
