Medior/Senior Full-Stack Developer

চাকরির বিবরণ

ainomiq builds real software for European clients, with AI implemented inside the product: internal systems, dashboards, client apps and complete platforms. Projects run for weeks, not months. The company is looking for the best developers in Bangladesh, not juniors. Pay is on commission per project, far above what is normal in Bangladesh for this work, with no hourly rate and no timesheets; the better and faster you ship, the more you earn. One contract per project, and when the company is satisfied the next project follows right away. Developers who complete several projects successfully can earn ownership in what is built together, plus a fixed contract. How it works: follow ainomiq on LinkedIn, apply at https://ainomiq-apply.vercel.app with access code COMMIT26, the strongest profiles get a short introduction call with the CEO (five to ten minutes), then a conversation with the development leads, then hired or not; if yes, the first project follows right away with a contract. Your answers and the work you link to tell more than a CV, so be concrete.
