SNOWTEX is Hiring | Marketing Manager

SNOWTEX is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead business development and customer engagement for our Embroidery, Quilting & Printing operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and generate new business/orders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and customers.

- Manage inquiries, costing, sampling, quotations, negotiations and order follow-up.

- Coordinate closely with factory teams on capacity, quality, costing and delivery.

- Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

🔹 Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor’s/Honors

Experience:

- 5–10 years of relevant experience.

- Candidates with experience in Garments, Textile, Buying House or Washing Factory will be preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship and business development skills.

Work Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
