1 & 9 Apparel Creator Ltd. is part of the 19BAY Group, a growing international business group operating across Bangladesh, the United Kingdom and the United States, with businesses in manufacturing, international sourcing, wholesale distribution, consumer brands and e-commerce. The company is seeking a Marketing & HR Specialist with practical FMCG marketing experience who understands consumer behavior, retail distribution, product promotions, market penetration and customer acquisition. Marketing is the primary responsibility, alongside recruitment, HR administration and employee performance management. Candidates with FMCG trade marketing, distribution development or consumer brand experience will receive priority.

দায়িত্ব

• Develop and execute FMCG-style marketing strategies for consumer products, wholesale distribution and e-commerce.
• Plan retail and reseller acquisition campaigns, promotional activities and market expansion.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, pricing analysis and consumer behavior studies.
• Coordinate digital marketing, social media campaigns, branding and promotional content.
• Work closely with sales and operations to improve customer acquisition, repeat purchases and revenue growth.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, customer acquisition costs and ROI.
• Prepare daily and weekly marketing performance reports.
• Handle employee recruitment, interviews, onboarding and documentation.
• Implement employee KPIs, attendance monitoring and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate departmental reporting and management follow-ups.
• Maintain employee discipline, HR policies and organizational standards.
• Support workforce planning and employee development.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HRM or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in FMCG marketing, consumer goods, retail distribution or trade marketing.
• Practical knowledge of product marketing, customer acquisition, retail promotion and market development.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, HR administration and employee performance management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, Meta Ads and e-commerce operations.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace and performance reporting.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
