Jumeirah Muscat Bay is looking for a Manager Purchasing in its Finance department. The role manages the hotel's purchasing so every department receives goods, equipment and services on time, within budget and to Jumeirah's quality standards, including supplier selection, price and contract negotiation, purchase order control and supplier performance monitoring.

• Manage the hotel's purchasing activities, ensuring all departments receive the goods, equipment and services required on time, within budget and in line with Jumeirah's quality standards
• Identify, evaluate and select suitable suppliers by comparing product quality, pricing, availability and service reliability, while maintaining strong relationships with approved vendors
• Negotiate competitive prices, contracts, delivery schedules and payment terms to achieve best value while maintaining the quality and consistency required for luxury hotel operations
• Review purchase requisitions and oversee purchase orders, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, authorisation requirements, procurement policies and internal control procedures
• Work closely with departmental leaders, Finance, Receiving and Stores to plan purchasing requirements, resolve delivery or quality issues and monitor supplier performance
• Maintain accurate procurement records, analyse purchasing costs and market trends, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation through alternative sourcing and improved purchasing practices

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Previous experience as a Purchasing Manager, preferably within luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory management and purchasing systems
• Excellent negotiation, communication and supplier relationship management skills
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with knowledge of the local supplier market
