দায়িত্ব

• Must have a good understanding of costing for Elastic, Drawstring, Twill Tape, Poly Bags, Sewing Thread and Back/Neck Boards.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies for garments trims and accessories to meet business goals and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Lead the marketing team in achieving sales and promotional targets.
• Conduct market research to understand demand, pricing and competition.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders to clients.
• Prepare and present marketing and sales reports to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
