দায়িত্ব

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Diagnostic Centre.
• Supervise administrative, reception, billing, customer service, and support staff.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, billing, cash management, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, laboratory personnel, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and business growth.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
• Marketing for Diagnostic center.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (Medical and healthcare will be preferable)
• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical College, Hospital, Healthcare Startup, Diagnostic Centre
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in hospital or diagnostic centre management.
• Proven leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of diagnostic centre operations, customer service, and financial management.
