Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs. As a Lead Data Analyst, RCM Operations (Bangladesh), you will lead and manage teams responsible for process automation, LLM-based solutions, and operational tooling, setting direction, optimizing workflows, and ensuring delivery at scale. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to define, implement, and optimize critical workflows.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analysts, engineers, and automation specialists
• Set clear goals, define expectations, and build a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance
• Scale teams and systems to support 4x company growth over the coming year
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of LLM-based automation pipelines for RCM workflows
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define technical specs and scalable architecture
• Drive end-to-end program execution across AI/ML tooling and workflow/bot deployments
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows, and architect systems to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Standardize documentation, implement QA checkpoints, and build dashboards to monitor automation success
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like SQL, Excel, and BI platforms to monitor program health and operational success
• Serve as the operational link between BD and the US RCM team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities
• Represent Automation in leadership reviews, reporting out on team KPIs, blockers, and upcoming initiatives

যোগ্যতা

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations roles (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Technical Program Manager) within fast-paced, high-growth environments; experience in fintech, healthcare, or SaaS is preferred
• Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of automation tools and AI-driven solutions
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, and related scripting languages
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, maintaining high standards of data integrity, scalability, and maintainability
• Experience overseeing the architecture and implementation of data pipelines, automation triggers, and integration frameworks using tools such as Zapier, Alteryx, and similar
