Baker Hughes is hiring a Lead Channel Sales Specialist for its Artificial Lift On Demand Solutions sales team in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role develops market strategies and new markets and customers, delivers sales and technical support for Zenith products, and works with diverse clients across the MENATI region.

দায়িত্ব

• Sell Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain
• Handle the sales and technical support of Zenith products, including downhole gauge and upper completions after-sales support for On Demand Solutions customers
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and the sales strategies and goals of the ODS team
• Contribute to frameworks for pricing and conditions and negotiate individual deals in your territory
• Handle diverse clients in the MENATI region

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• 5 years of experience in sales of Artificial Lift equipment (downhole, instrumentation or completion tools)
• Minimum of 3 years in channel sales
• Experience with Zenith products is preferred
• Technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole instrumentation
• Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Effective problem-identification and solution skills
• Proven analytical and organizational ability
• Able to influence others
• Strong oral and written communication skills
