Alghanim Industries is hiring a Landscape Supervisor in Kuwait for the execution and maintenance of landscape projects. The role implements site works according to approved shop drawings, leads a team of technicians, foremen and gardeners, and assists the project manager with budgets and progress reporting.

দায়িত্ব

• Apply thorough knowledge and experience in landscape construction and maintenance projects
• Understand contract drawings and site conditions
• Implement site works according to approved shop drawings
• Assist the project manager in preparing project budgets and adhere to the approved ones
• Manage overall project construction activities according to approved contract documents
• Prepare and submit project site progress reports for management review
• Lead the team of technicians, foremen and gardeners and monitor their performance
• Communicate with related services at project sites to solve coordination issues
• Understand project issues and complaints and report them to management immediately

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Agriculture (a diploma is also acceptable)
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as an agriculture engineer in similar projects
• Competence with contracts and contractual requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Management and leadership skills
