Quantigo AI delivers high-quality annotated data at scale for AI companies, with clients ranging from startups and academic institutions to Fortune 500 companies. As IT Executive you will manage and support day-to-day IT operations, with a strong focus on network infrastructure, end-user support, IT assets, user access, physical access systems and operational documentation. The role needs strong hands-on networking knowledge: MikroTik routers, managed switches, wireless access points, dual-WAN environments, DHCP, VLANs, NAT and port forwarding. It is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (GMT+6), with on-site support in Dhaka and remote support for the Chuadanga office. Joining is expected as soon as possible.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Windows laptops and desktops, operating systems, software, peripherals and internet connectivity
• Monitor, configure and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, managed switches, wireless access points, LAN/WAN, dual-WAN load balancing and failover, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, IP addressing and port forwarding
• Diagnose connectivity, routing, switching, bandwidth, IP conflict, DHCP and Wi-Fi issues and keep the network available
• Manage IT requirements for new joiners and resigned employees, including device preparation, access provisioning and removal, and hardware assignment and collection
• Manage routine user access, account provisioning and deactivation, and MFA/2FA support following approved access-control processes
• Maintain the IT asset inventory, user-to-device mapping, asset tagging, allocation and reconciliation of laptops, monitors and networking devices
• Support and maintain printers, scanners, displays, conference-room devices, biometric devices and other office technology
• Administer biometric attendance and physical-access devices, including user enrollment, synchronization and troubleshooting
• Assist with information security and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 evidence, MFA/2FA, endpoint encryption, access reviews and security incidents
• Coordinate with ISPs and technology service providers on outages, installations, upgrades, quotations and warranty cases
• Maintain network diagrams, IP and configuration records, asset registers, SOPs and incident documentation
• Provide on-site IT support in Dhaka and remote infrastructure and user support for the Chuadanga office

যোগ্যতা

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, Computer Engineering, Networking or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant hands-on IT and network support experience
• CCNA-level knowledge strongly expected, with MikroTik/RouterOS training or equivalent practical knowledge; MTCNA is a strong advantage
• Strong practical knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, NAT, switching, Wi-Fi, load balancing and failover
• Hands-on troubleshooting across MikroTik, managed switches, access points, Windows endpoints and office IT equipment
• Basic familiarity with information security, Windows Server and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills, ownership, attention to detail and documentation skills
