SJ Group is a global urban and infrastructure consultancy firm with over 75 years of project delivery success. We are currently looking for an Institutional Development and Training Specialist for our ongoing water infrastructure project with the Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DWASA).

দায়িত্ব

• Assist client relevant units in implementing the institutional development activities by developing a plan and monitoring progress
• Manage and coordinate inputs from other consultancies, individuals and firms, for the project
• Develop and help deliver a training plan for the project
• Maintain liaison with the client to achieve the ultimate goal of the assignment
• Take part in all relevant meetings with concerned stakeholders and feedback the PMU on pertinent issues
• Monitoring & evaluation, reporting and presentations
• Any other tasks assigned by client

যোগ্যতা

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management / Economics / Commerce / relevant subject
• About 10 years international management experience with proven experience in organizational development and training
• Working experience in donor funded projects
