Visa is hiring an Implementation Director in Dubai to lead the enterprise transformation programme for one of its major banking clients, accountable for end-to-end outcomes across the client life cycle from contract to delivery alignment, mobilization, go-live and scale. The role owns executive stakeholder alignment, programme governance, delivery quality and time-to-value, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering and InfoSec.

• Lead the enterprise transformation programme for a major banking client end to end, from contract to delivery alignment, mobilization, go-live and scale
• Own executive stakeholder alignment, programme governance, delivery quality and time-to-value
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec and other internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are met or exceeded

যোগ্যতা

• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least 8 years with an advanced degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or at least 3 years with a PhD
• Preferred: Russian speaker
• Preferred: 15+ years in technology-driven financial services leading large-scale implementation and transformation projects for global fintechs and banks
• Preferred: technical knowledge of the GCC payments ecosystem, including implementation and certification of Jaywan and AEP Switch in the UAE
• Preferred: knowledge of cloud payments and banking platforms in a microservice architecture with REST/JSON APIs and data streaming
• Preferred: has completed a core banking or payments transformation from contract signature to production go-live
• Preferred: proven ability to deliver complex, multi-market projects on time using Agile, Lean and hybrid methods
