The Hygiene Officer is responsible for the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and sanitation in compliance with local regulations, HACCP and Accor standards. The role involves regular inspections, hygiene training programs, and supporting all hotel departments in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for guests and colleagues.

দায়িত্ব

• Implement and maintain HACCP principles and make sure food safety protocols are followed
• Conduct routine hygiene audits and inspections in all F&B outlets, kitchens and storage areas
• Monitor food handling practices, personal hygiene of staff and cleanliness of equipment
• Develop and conduct food safety and hygiene training sessions for relevant employees
• Keep up-to-date records of training sessions and certifications
• Oversee sanitation procedures and cleanliness in all F&B and kitchen areas
• Liaise with external pest control providers to implement effective pest management
• Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness of back-of-house areas
• Investigate hygiene-related complaints and take corrective action
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports on hygiene inspections, corrective actions and training
• Report non-compliance or food safety risks to senior management
• Work with culinary, stewarding and F&B teams on best practices and support sustainability initiatives related to food safety

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• HACCP certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety standards
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
