Assystem is hiring a HSE Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Develop and oversee project HSE plans, procedures, KPIs and compliance monitoring across applicable workstreams.

দায়িত্ব

• Develop and oversee project HSE plans, procedures, KPIs and compliance monitoring across applicable workstreams.
• Review contractor/consultant HSE submissions and monitor HSE performance, audits and closeout actions.
• Lead HSE risk reviews, incident reporting, lessons learned and emergency preparedness coordination.
• Advise PM leadership on HSE risks, legal requirements and required corrective actions.
• Promote a proactive HSE culture and stop-work authority where unsafe conditions exist.
• HSE compliance
• Incident prevention and reporting
• Audit/action closure
• Contractor HSE performance
• Request the necessary resources for the continuity and efficiency of the quality management system and increase commitment within the unit.
• Ensure all activities within the unit comply with laws, applicable national/international standards and ethical rules.
• Carry out project activities in accordance with the Quality Management System and ensure rules are followed effectively.

যোগ্যতা

• Health, safety and environmental governance, compliance monitoring and HSE reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC/Diploma, IOSH, ISO 45001/14001 training preferred; Saudi HSE regulatory awareness required.
• HSE management systems, hazard identification, risk assessment, audits, incident reporting, contractor HSE oversight, emergency preparedness and HSE KPIs.
