This is a full-time contractual position for a fixed duration of six months. QIMA offers clients smart solutions to make products they can trust, operating in over 100 countries and serving the consumer products, food and life sciences industries. The HR Specialist is responsible for hiring activities in SEA countries for the Consumer Products Division as per business requirements, managing the full recruitment cycle for up to 80-100 hires annually, and supporting local administrative and C&B matters.

• Responsible for hiring activities in SEA countries for the Consumer Products Division, as per business requirements
• Manage the full recruitment cycle up to 80-100 hires annually
• Collaborate closely with line managers to ensure a seamless hiring process, consistently meeting tight deadlines
• Support local administrative and C&B matters, contributing to overall organizational efficiency
• Assist on HR policies and implementation
• Provide HR guidance as needed for the office, employment contracts preparation, arrange newcomers' orientation, company events, issuance of letters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Excellent command of English communication, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR especially in recruitment, with a proven hiring record
• Knowledge of SAP, LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities
• Humble, enthusiastic and rigorous, with a taste for the field
• Previous exposure to using AI at work or a strong personal acquaintance with AI products
