The Role in Brief

The HR Specialist will be responsible for HR administration, employee support, recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR records management, and assisting with policies, compliance, employee engagement, and other people-related initiatives, and will report directly to the HR Manager or assigned supervisor, working as part of our HR team.

দায়িত্ব

• Responsible for hiring activities in SEA countries for the Consumer Products Division, as per business requirements
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, up to 80-100 hires annually
• Collaborate closely with line managers to ensure a seamless hiring process, consistently meeting tight deadlines
• Support local administrative and C&B matters, contributing to overall organizational efficiency
• Assist on HR policies and implementation
• Provide HR guidance as needed for the office: employment contract preparation, newcomers' orientation, company events, issuance of letters, etc.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files

যোগ্যতা

• Excellent command of English communication, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, especially in recruitment, with a proven hiring record
• Knowledge of SAP and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
