Polygon Technology is hiring an HR Manager, a full-time on-site role across Bangladesh (Sunday-Thursday work schedule). The role covers managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee separation. Additional duties include developing HR policies, leading recruitment, managing performance reviews, handling employee relations and grievances, maintaining HR records, ensuring legal compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives.

• Develop HR policies and lead recruitment
• Manage performance reviews and handle employee relations and grievances
• Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional HR experience in a managerial capacity
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation
• Fluency in English and Bengali
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems
• Demonstrated strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Preference given to candidates with IT/tech industry experience and Bangladesh Labor Law expertise
