We are a fast-growing e-commerce & f-commerce company with a dynamic team of 30+ people. As we scale to the next level, we are not looking for a traditional, paper-pushing administrator who only tracks attendance and leave. We need a strategic HR partner who understands that after the founder, the most critical person in a growing company is the one who guards the gate. If you know the fast-paced e-commerce world and have the grit to make tough decisions, this role is for you.

দায়িত্ব

• Hire the "Right Who": go beyond traditional CV screening, actively headhunt top talent, and conduct thorough background checks on every hire
• Remove the "Wrong Fit" fast and fairly: act quickly on toxic behaviour or underperformance through a documented process that follows the Bangladesh Labour Act
• Drive data-driven KPIs: design and track clear, measurable KPIs for Customer Support, Marketing and Logistics teams, tied to 15-day performance reviews
• Protect the culture: act as the ultimate gatekeeper of discipline with zero tolerance for workplace politics or negativity
• Run the office (Admin): oversee attendance, leave and payroll inputs, office supplies and vendors, company assets and documents, lunch and prayer facilities, and basic fire safety and first aid

যোগ্যতা

• 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience in e-commerce, f-commerce or startups, ideally with admin exposure
• Working knowledge of the Bangladesh Labour Act
• Strong psychological insight into people, and excellent communication in Bangla and English
• Comfort with Excel / Google Sheets for KPI tracking
• The courage to stay calm under pressure and make hard, data-backed decisions
