Flow is hiring a Head of Finance, MENA, based in Riyadh and reporting to the Global CFO. This is the senior-most regional finance seat, responsible for financial strategy, commercial decision support and building a scalable finance function from its current early stage. You will work daily with the MENA Managing Partner, the UAE CEO, US Strategic Finance and Property Accounting.

• Own the budget, long-term forecasts, capital deployment strategy, pacing and resource planning for MENA.
• Track and optimize core business drivers: pricing, unit economics, occupancy, margin levers, ancillary revenue and cost-to-serve.
• Evaluate, model, size and structure new business lines, locations and regional openings.
• Frame capital structures (equity, project debt, JVs, mezzanine) and present board-ready analysis.
• Build the finance function's policies, processes, controls and operating infrastructure from the ground up.
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals across multiple markets.
• Maintain driver-based operating models, weekly KPI and cash packs, and community-level P&Ls for General Managers.
• Oversee the month-end close (5-day target), GL integrity, budget vs. actual variance analysis and internal controls.
• Maintain a rolling 13-week cash forecast and oversee regional banking operations in KSA and UAE.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS, SOCPA and ZATCA regulations (VAT recovery, e-invoicing, Zakat, withholding tax).

যোগ্যতা

• 12-15+ years in finance with hands-on operating exposure, preferably in multi-site real estate, residential/multifamily, hospitality or consumer operations.
• Proven track record in high-growth, founder-led or PE-backed environments.
• CPA, ACCA, CA or SOCPA qualification.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA and Saudi tax regulations (ZATCA, VAT, Zakat).
• Hands-on financial modeling, treasury/cash management and team leadership skills.
• Based in Riyadh and in the office daily.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
