Renix Unani Laboratories Ltd. is looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead digital brand growth, online customer acquisition, and retention strategy. The role owns digital marketing campaigns, performance media, CRM systems, and e-commerce website platforms to drive sales and customer engagement across all digital touchpoints. Office timing 10:00am to 6:00pm.

দায়িত্ব

• Formulate and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and local networks
• Manage ad spend efficiency to maximize ROAS and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Lead market campaigns for natural health, herbal, and Unani wellness products
• Manage end-to-end CRM operations (lead pipelines, customer database segmentation, and lifecycle marketing)
• Build and maintain automated messaging workflows (SMS, WhatsApp Business, Messenger) for order updates, repeat purchase reminders, and abandoned cart recoveries
• Track and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and repeat purchase rate
• Oversee lead management for health consultations, distributor inquiries, and customer feedback
• Manage and maintain the company e-commerce website, ensuring seamless navigation, mobile responsiveness, and high conversion rates
• Oversee online product listings, promotional landing pages, combo offerings, pricing, and stock updates
• Optimize the checkout experience (Cash on Delivery and MFS options like bKash/Nagad)
• Oversee site maintenance, site speed, SEO performance, and tracking tag integrations (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI)
• Monitor website traffic, conversion funnels, ad performance, and CRM retention metrics
• Lead and mentor the digital media team, collaborating with graphic design, content, and sales teams

যোগ্যতা

• 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, with proven hands-on management of both CRM systems and e-commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom platforms)
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, herbal/wellness, FMCG, or e-commerce is highly preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM/automation tools, and web CMS platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
