About the RoleSkarion is looking for a recent engineering graduate who is technically sharp, communicates confidently in English, learns quickly, and is comfortable taking ownership.

This is not a sit-back-and-watch internship.

You will work directly with technical training programs, candidates pursuing engineering and specialized U.S. career paths, interview preparation, technical research, program operations, and AI-assisted workflows.

You do not need years of professional experience.

We care much more about whether you can understand technical concepts, communicate clearly, research unfamiliar subjects, solve problems, and take responsibility for your work.

What You'll Actually DoTechnical Training & Programs

- Learn and teach existing Skarion technical courses.

- Help us improve existing courses and develop new training programs.

- Understand engineering roles, tools, terminology, and technical job requirements.

- Work with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-assisted workflows.

- SolidWorks knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Candidate & Interview Preparation

- Onboard candidates and explain training structures, materials, expectations, and next steps.

- Conduct mock interviews and technical interview-preparation sessions.

- Research specific companies, engineering positions, job descriptions, and technical requirements.

- Develop customized interview-preparation documents for individual candidates.

- Help candidates understand where they are struggling and what they need to improve.

Program Operations

- Track candidate progress and identify problems before they become bigger issues.

- Manage several priorities simultaneously without needing constant supervision.

- Join selected consultation calls with prospective candidates.

- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal team members.

- Take ownership of assignments from beginning to completion.

Who We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

Fresh graduates and engineers at the beginning of their careers are strongly encouraged to apply.

We're particularly interested in people who have:

- Strong spoken and written English.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- The ability to understand technical job descriptions and requirements.

- Confidence communicating directly with people.

- High attention to detail.

- Strong research skills.

- Ability to learn unfamiliar technical subjects quickly.

- Comfort using AI tools to research, analyze, write, and improve work.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and take ownership.

Experience with teaching, tutoring, mentoring, presentations, customer/client communication, student organizations, or leadership is a strong advantage.

Internship Structure- 4-month internship

- 5 working days per week

- Flexible remote working structure

- Daily team stand-up at 8:00 AM Bangladesh time

- Workload varies depending on active programs and candidate requirements

- Fully remote, with occasional company gatherings communicated in advance

- You will work closely with a Team Lead and other members of the Skarion team

Compensation & Full-Time OpportunityInternship stipend:

BDT 10,000/month

Shortlisted candidates may first complete a 3-day paid practical assessment involving real-world assignments related to the position.

This internship has the potential to convert into a full-time position for successful candidates.

Depending on your performance, communication ability, ownership, technical capability, responsibilities, and overall fit within the company, successful interns may be offered full-time employment at approximately:

BDT 20,000–35,000/month

Further compensation and career growth can follow as responsibilities and performance increase.

A full-time offer is not automatic and will depend on performance during the internship.
