Sara Interior OPC is an architectural and interior design firm focused on delivering innovative yet straightforward design solutions that prioritize functionality and client convenience, covering a wide range of architectural and interior design projects. The GM, Interior Design & Execution (Architect) is a full-time, on-site position in Dhaka. The role leads interior design and architectural planning of projects, from concept development and space planning through detailed drawings and material selection; oversees project execution, coordinates with contractors and vendors, monitors site progress and ensures designs are implemented according to specifications, budget and timelines. It includes managing design teams, reviewing and approving design documentation, maintaining quality standards, meeting clients to understand requirements and present design proposals, optimising internal processes, supporting business development through design presentations and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. দায়িত্ব

• Lead interior design and architectural planning, from concept development and space planning to detailed drawings and material selection
• Oversee project execution and coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Monitor site progress and ensure designs are implemented to specification, budget and timeline
• Manage design teams and review and approve design documentation
• Maintain quality standards across projects
• Meet clients regularly to understand requirements and present design proposals
• Optimize internal processes and support business development with design presentations
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations

যোগ্যতা

• Strong background in architecture and interior design, including concept development, space planning and detailed working drawings
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools) and familiarity with construction materials and finishes
• Demonstrated experience in project management, site supervision, vendor and contractor coordination, and timely delivery within budget
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety standards and best practices in interior fit-out and architectural execution
• Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational abilities, with attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field, with several years of relevant industry experience in a leadership or senior project role
• Experience on commercial, residential or mixed-use interior projects in Bangladesh or similar markets is an advantage
