General Service Support - Graduate

As a Services Support Graduate you will join the Health Systems Services Delivery team in KSA. The team collaborates closely with other functions to deliver the best possible support for customers and patients and to continuously improve service quality. Start date: November 2026. Contract: 1 year.

দায়িত্ব

• Install Philips Healthcare equipment to the standards for quality and installation time set by the company
• Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and quality standards
• Perform corrective maintenance, supported when necessary by the tier-2 support helpdesk
• Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports and other paperwork
• Identify customer needs and potential commercial leads (Philips Lifecycle Solutions) through customer visits and report them to management
• Represent the company professionally to customers in appearance and behavior, in line with company policy

যোগ্যতা

• Post-2025 Bachelor or Master graduate of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in English, verbal and written, in addition to the local language
• Customer-oriented
• Available for business trips inside KSA (driving license needed)
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems is an asset
