Tech To Cloud is looking for a hands-on performance marketer with strong Google and Meta experience, a structured approach to experimentation, and an interest in AI-powered search visibility. The role turns advertising budgets into qualified leads and measurable growth. Experience: 2-4 years. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.

দায়িত্ব

• Manage campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, and Meta
• Test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
• Improve conversion rates from ad clicks to qualified leads and sales
• Develop ad messaging and platform-specific strategies
• Track CPL and CAC, optimize budgets, and report actionable insights
• Work with the content team to improve visibility in AI-powered search and answer engines

যোগ্যতা

• 2-4 years of hands-on paid media experience
• Bachelor's or Honors degree
• Experience in an advertising agency or AdTech startup
• Experience managing at least USD 1 million in media spend
• Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads skills; Demand Gen experience is a plus
• A clear understanding of B2C funnels, audience intent, CPL, and CAC
• Experience running structured experiments
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and SEO
