These services encompass a wide range of fully supported steel metal roofing, cladding, galvanized structural decking, purlin, all necessary building accessories, structural steel design and erection.:The Floor Manager/ Floor Supervisor will Job Location: Factory located at Kalampur, Dhamrai, Dhaka.

দায়িত্ব

• Oversee and coordinate daily factory floor operations.
• Prepare and implement production schedules in coordination with management.
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks according to production requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate fitting, welding, fabrication, assembly, and other manufacturing activities.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate with Floor Supervisors and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, tools, and materials.
• Maintain workplace discipline and enforce health and safety procedures.
• Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
• Prepare daily production reports and submit updates to management.
• Ensure efficient workflow and continuous improvement in factory operations.

যোগ্যতা

• Diploma or Bachelor`s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant technical field will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong relevant practical experience may also be considered.
• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
• Minimum 10 years of professional Floor Manager / Floor Supervisor.
• Relevant experience in factory floor management, steel fabrication, or steel building manufacturing will be preferred.
• Experience in production planning, manpower management, and industrial operations will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and manufacturing processes.
