Dokkho Kormi is an emerging Bangladeshi digital service marketplace that connects customers with skilled, trusted service providers such as plumbers, electricians, AC technicians and carpenters. It is hiring a Field Operations & Provider Acquisition Executive. The main purpose of the role is to find skilled, reliable service providers across Dhaka, verify their identity and skills, register them on the platform and build an effective professional network. Full-time, based in Dhaka, salary negotiable by qualification and experience. দায়িত্ব

• Find skilled service providers (plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, carpenters, cleaners and more) and add them to the platform
• Contact and meet prospective service providers directly and build professional relationships
• Run the verification of providers' national ID, contact details, work experience and skills
• Support app registration, profile creation and onboarding
• Inform providers about platform rules, work process and service quality standards
• Monitor providers' activity, customer feedback and service quality
• Carry out regular field activity in different areas and identify opportunities to recruit more providers
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on activity, new registrations and progress
• Onboard and acquire providers according to the team's set targets

যোগ্যতা

• At least HSC or equivalent; graduates preferred
• Fluent Bangla communication and the ability to build rapport with people
• Presentation, persuasion, negotiation and coordination skills
• Skills in using a smartphone, the internet, Google Sheets/Excel and online forms
• Willingness and ability to do field work in different areas of Dhaka
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking and committed to reaching goals
• Candidates with experience in field sales, operations, marketing or customer/provider acquisition are preferred
