Mercantile Bank PLC is hiring a full-time Faculty Member for the Mercantile Bank Training Institute (MBTI), its in-house training and development institution in Dhaka. The faculty member designs and delivers training on general banking, credit, trade finance and Islamic Shariah-based banking and carries out training needs assessments. দায়িত্ব

• Design, conduct and evaluate training on general banking, credit, trade finance and Islamic Shariah-based banking
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments and strategic training needs analysis
• Prepare training content and materials in line with the annual training plan
• Coordinate with the Training Committee, HR Division, BIBM, Bangladesh Bank and other institutions

যোগ্যতা

• Master's in Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing or a relevant discipline
• CDCS, CSDG, CAMS or CERM an added advantage; PhD preferred
• Minimum 5 years in a bank or FI training institute or banking education institution, or minimum 10 years of banking experience
• Strong Bengali and English communication skills
• Preferred age 35 to 55 years
