Factory NPI Executive - Savar

This role leads end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects at British American Tobacco's Savar facility, managing product launches from initial concept through commercial rollout. The position serves as a critical bridge between manufacturing operations and business functions, ensuring successful implementation of new products.

• Direct NPI initiatives from conception to commercialization with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics departments
• Develop comprehensive project documentation including timelines, milestones, and risk assessments
• Ensure factory readiness through materials coordination and production system preparation
• Oversee factory trials, pilot operations, and initial commercial production runs
• Monitor post-launch performance and resolve implementation issues
• Serve as primary contact between Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain functions
• Identify and mitigate project risks with escalation protocols
• Maintain compliance with governance standards and change management procedures
• Support regulatory, packaging, and operational efficiency initiatives

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
• 1-3 years' experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Engineering, or Project Management
• FMCG manufacturing background preferred
• NPI or product change management exposure preferred
• Familiarity with SAP, MES, or Power BI preferred
