Join AP as an Executive – Tele Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.

- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

- Convert customer inquiries and leads into successful orders and sales.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Promote products, offers, and campaigns through phone calls and other communication channels.

- Achieve assigned Daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase order value.

- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

- Maintain accurate customer and order information in the assigned CRM/system.

- Collect customer feedback and share valuable insights with the team.

- Coordinate with Customer Support, Order Processing, Warehouse & Delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.

- Contribute new ideas to improve sales conversion and customer experience.

Required Skills

- Experience working with Shopify based E-commerce businesses will be considered an added advantage.

- Experienced in tele sales and customer support will be preferred.

- Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows, including order-payment-fulfillment-delivery-return/refund processes.

- Ability to handle customer objections and convert inquiries into sales.

- Fast typing and basic CRM knowledge.

- Positive attitude, patience, adaptability, and willingness to take challenges.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience Required

- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Call Center, or E-commerce Sales is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

- Confident, energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

- Ability to handle customer objections and convert inquiries into sales.

- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets/MS Excel, WhatsApp, and online order management will be an advantage.

- Positive attitude, patience, adaptability, and willingness to take challenges.
