Golden Harvest is hiring an Executive, E-Commerce & Corporate Events at its Head Office in Dhaka. The role combines managing daily e-commerce operations with identifying corporate orders, events and business opportunities. BBA or equivalent is required; 1-2 years in e-commerce operations is preferred and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

দায়িত্ব

• Manage daily e-commerce operations including product listings, pricing, promotions, order processing, inventory and customer service
• Monitor riders and delivery personnel to ensure timely delivery and service quality
• Track online sales performance, customer feedback and key performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Warehouse and Customer Service teams
• Identify corporate orders, events, campaigns and business opportunities
• Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, client meetings and business gatherings
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients and assist in preparing proposals, reports and presentations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and online promotions

যোগ্যতা

• BBA or equivalent degree
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
