The Education Coordinator (Teachers' Supervisor) provides direct academic supervision and professional support to teachers to ensure high-quality classroom practices under JAAGO's Digital School Program. This is a 2-year renewable contractual role based in Banani, Dhaka, working Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

• Conduct classroom observations and review lesson plans for curriculum alignment
• Monitor student progress using assessment data and identify underperforming students
• Provide constructive feedback on teaching practices and instructional materials
• Build teacher capacity through coaching, mentoring, and training
• Support co-curricular activities, academic events, and report card processes
• Maintain documentation of academic reports and performance records
• Promote safe, inclusive learning environments aligned with safeguarding policies

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Sciences, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years in teaching, academic supervision, or education quality assurance
• Experience with classroom observation, lesson planning support, assessment design, or coaching SSC batches preferred
• Curriculum alignment and lesson planning expertise
• Assessment data analysis and intervention planning skills
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities
• Digital literacy (Google Workspace, communication platforms)
