Lois Chloé Bangladesh, the official Bangladesh franchise of the Australian cruelty-free luxury makeup brand, is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to own our paid social and turn campaigns into sales. This role is for someone who lives inside Meta Ads Manager. You will plan, launch and optimise the campaigns that drive our online orders.

Who we're looking for: Someone who can run performance-driven Meta campaigns and show measurable results, not just reach.

Details: Full-time, onsite in Uttara, Dhaka. Salary: negotiable, based on experience.

দায়িত্ব

• Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, leads, conversions and ROI
• Plan and run social media marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions
• Manage our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok presence alongside the content team
• Build content calendars and brief the creative team
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Research competitors, audience behaviour and social trends to find new growth opportunities

যোগ্যতা

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (please share examples of campaigns you've run)
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, campaign analytics and optimisation
• An analytical, creative, results-focused mindset
• Ability to manage several tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work onsite in Uttara, Dhaka
