The London School of Economics and Political Science (Communications Division) is recruiting a Digital Manager, a full-time permanent post at £43,277 to £51,714 per annum inclusive, with potential to progress to £55,497 inclusive of London allowance. The role helps deliver, support and continuously improve LSE's digital services within the Digital Communications team, which manages platforms supporting the main LSE website, blogs and a student-facing application, plus analytics, search tools and cookie consent and compliance systems. It is a hands-on role focused on digital service operations and Helpdesk support. Late applications are not accepted. A standard DBS check applies. Role queries: Jamie Seenan, j.seenan@lse.ac.uk.
দায়িত্ব
- Work with staff, students and the LSE editor community to manage support enquiries, troubleshoot issues and improve daily platform operations
- Improve the Helpdesk through better workflows, guidance, documentation and response templates
- Own digital projects and workstreams, including cookie consent and compliance
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to improve services
যোগ্যতা
- Strong experience supporting digital platforms and CMS services, ideally in a complex organisation, with knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms such as Contensis, WordPress or equivalent
- Experience managing digital support enquiries including triage, troubleshooting, resolution tracking and clear communication
- A proactive approach to service improvement, including spotting recurring issues and improving workflows and guidance
- Experience supporting digital projects, including planning, delivery and working with internal teams and suppliers
- Experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor performance, produce reports and inform improvements
