We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to help manage, maintain, and improve our infrastructure across cloud environments and on-premises data centers. You will work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and well-maintained.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in system administration, networking, cloud infrastructure, and automation who wants to develop their skills across modern infrastructure technologies.

• Cloud infrastructure management: deploy, operate, and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, and related services.
• On-premises data center management: maintain physical and virtual servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure; assist with hardware provisioning, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• System administration: manage Linux-based systems, perform routine maintenance, apply security patches, and troubleshoot OS and infrastructure issues.
• Infrastructure automation: develop and maintain automation using Terraform, Ansible, Bash, or Python.
• Containers and orchestration: support Docker-based workloads and Kubernetes environments.
• Monitoring and observability: maintain monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting.
• Networking: troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and cloud/on-premises connectivity.
• Security and compliance: apply security best practices, manage access controls, support vulnerability remediation.
• Incident management: investigate infrastructure incidents, participate in root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
• Backup and disaster recovery: support backup operations, recovery testing, and DR procedures.
• Documentation and collaboration: maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure diagrams.

যোগ্যতা

• 3–4 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, system administration, or a similar role.
• Willingness to work a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.
• Good knowledge of Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Understanding of on-premises infrastructure: physical servers, virtualization, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible.
• Scripting with Bash or Python.
• Basic experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, backup, patch management, and security practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Nice to have: VMware vSphere or Proxmox; data center networking/VLANs; site-to-site VPNs; CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins); Prometheus, Grafana or Datadog; backup/DR knowledge.
