Therap (BD) Ltd. is hiring a DevOps Admin (1-3 Years Experience) to join its growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting and improving real production environments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with Linux systems, troubleshooting JVM-based applications, and applying practical SRE principles to enhance system reliability and performance. Exposure to containerization technologies (such as Docker or similar platforms) and modern DevOps practices is highly desirable.

This role offers solid exposure to real production environments, a supportive team, and room to grow deeper into DevOps engineering over time.

দায়িত্ব

• Linux administration: day-to-day management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and basic system hardening
• Support Java application environments, including web and application servers
• Help improve and maintain CI/CD build and deployment pipelines; automate repetitive tasks
• Investigate failed deployments, performance issues, and unexpected behavior via logs and system metrics
• Write and maintain scripts, mostly Bash, with some Python
• Participate in releases and handle off-hours production support issues when required (shared across the team)

যোগ্যতা

• B.Sc in CSE/EEE or a related technical field
• 1-3 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a similar role
• Strong Linux fundamentals and comfort working from the command line
• Practical troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of JVM-based applications (memory usage, logs, common failure patterns)
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of problems
