SOLshare is expanding its System Design and Engineering team and is hiring two Design Engineers to design commercial and industrial rooftop solar PV systems across Bangladesh.

The role covers the full design cycle, from site assessment to final layout, and works closely with the project and procurement teams during execution.

দায়িত্ব

• Design rooftop solar PV systems for C&I clients, from site assessment to final layout
• Run energy yield simulations and prepare SLDs, layouts and cable sizing
• Prepare BOMs and technical specifications, and support CAPEX and OPEX/PPA proposals
• Conduct site surveys and assess roof structure and shading
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams during execution
• Ensure designs comply with BNBC, NEM guidelines, grid requirements and international standards

যোগ্যতা

• BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a related field
• 1 to 4 years of experience in solar PV design (rooftop or C&I preferred)
• Hands-on experience with PVsyst, AutoCAD and Helioscope or a similar tool
• Good understanding of inverters, protection, earthing and cable sizing
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel to sites
• Nice to have: exposure to BESS or hybrid systems
